Niemand au\u00dfer ihnen selbst kann in ihrer Sprache und aus ihrer Perspektive, ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse formulieren.<br \/>\nDie Veranstaltungsreihe mit dem Namen \u201cAfrica Youth Days\u201d findet in Anlehnung an den durch die African Union ausgerufenen \u201cAfrica Youth Day\u201d am ersten November.<\/p>\n<p>Die Veranstaltungsreihe richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene (ca. 13-30 Jahre) mit und ohne offensichtlichen Migrationshintergrund und\/oder k\u00f6rperlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen in Berlin und Brandenburg.<br \/>\nDie Veranstaltungsreihe wird &nbsp;von jungen Menschen &nbsp;mitgeplant und durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Sie besteht aus drei Bausteinen:<\/p>\n<p>Auftaktveranstaltung, Empowerment-Wochen und Abschlussveranstaltung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">F\u00fcr die \u201cAfrica Youth Days 2019\u201d haben wir folgende drei Themen gew\u00e4hlt:<\/p>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<ul>\n<li>Start Ups; das junge (vor allem aber nicht ausschlie\u00dflich) Schwarze Unternehmertum<\/li>\n<li>BNE (Bildung f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung)<\/li>\n<li>Inklusion von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund und\/oder Behinderungen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Die Africa Youth Days sind eine Veranstaltungsreihe des Vereins&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gngberlin.de\">Global New Generation Berlin e.V.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Der Verein<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Der gemeinn\u00fctzige Verein Global New Generation Berlin e.V. ist im Jahr 2008 aus einer Elterninnitiative in Berlin entstanden. Auf verschiedenste Art gleicht der Verein einen Mangel an sozialen Angeboten aus, die Aufmerksamkeit auf die spezifischen Probleme legen, die Rassismus, Sprachbarrieren, ein nicht-deutscher kultureller Hintergrund sowie ggf. ein schwacher sozio\u00f6konomischer Status der Familie verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Der Verein arbeitet mit Kindern und Jugendlichen meist, aber nicht ausschlie\u00dflich, afro-europ\u00e4ischer Herkunft, deren Eltern und deren sozialem Umfeld an der selbstverst\u00e4ndliche Anerkennung aller Menschen als vollwertige Mitglieder unserer Gesellschaft. Dabei werden Kunst, Musik, Film, Theater, Literatur und Sport als Werkzeuge genutzt, um den interkulturellen Dialog anzuregen und weiterzutragen.
